I also share that I struggled with chronic anxiety for decades--but I didn’t realize it. Headaches, jaw pain, indigestion, and poor sleep were my NORMAL. It wasn’t until I started feeling better that I realized just how awful I had been feeling all those years.
Chronic anxiety takes a serious toll on our health. The most prevalent chronic conditions--heart disease, neurological diseases, metabolic disorders, autoimmune conditions, and even cancer--have been linked to insidious, long-term stress.
That’s why I'm passionate about sharing the tools that helped me reclaim my inner zen. I want you to wake up every morning feeling as healthy and strong as I do now.
