Welcome. My name is Carolyn Pitts. As a health coach, speaker and energy healer, my work spans the disciplines of science and spirituality.
My background includes certification from the American Council on Exercise as Health Coach with specialization in Behavior Change. Additionally, I am a Healing Touch Professional, with experience helping people manage the symptoms of chronic conditions and recover from surgery.
I am a member of the American College of Lifestyle Medicine, the Healing Touch Professional Association, and the HeartMath Institute.
