What to expect
Join me for five 1-hour group coaching calls live over Zoom. In our first session, we will explore the physiological effects of stress and practice effective stress-relief techniques. Each session will leave you feeling calm rejuvenated. The topics for the following sessions will be tailored to the needs of the participants.
Between sessions, you'll have access to guided practice videos, meditations, worksheets, self-assessments, and journal prompts to aid your personal growth and exploration. In just 28 days, you will not only have reclaimed your inner zen, but also gained the tools and insights to sustain your newfound peace.

How much does it cost? A four-week session costs $444.00 USD.​

Where are meetings held? Sessions are offered live over Zoom.

Will the sessions be recorded? No. Because I will personalize the content based on the needs and interests of the participants, I want everyone to feel safe sharing their individual concerns and challenges. ​

What happens if I miss a session? I hope you don't miss a session but I understand that life happens. After every session, I will send out the materials and / or assignments for the following week's session. You can always email me if you have questions. ​

Can I really reclaim my inner zen in 28 days? Yes! But I won't sugarcoat it -- you have to do the work. That means making time to practice the techniques, review the materials, and allocate focus time for self-reflection.​
